油田电网状态检修实施策略

摘要 随着电网规模的不断扩大、设备制造质量的不断提高、各种先进检测技术的广泛应用,定期检修制的弊端越发明显。因此,全面实施状态检修是大势所趋。状态检修能提高电网设备安全运行的可靠性,节约大量设备维修费用和资源,降低电网运行成本和电能损耗。状态检修是系统工程,必须建立长期有效的运行机制,达到电网生产成本和人力物力资源的最优化。 With the expansion of the power grid scale, continuous improvement of the equipment manufacturing quality and wide application of various advanced testing technology, the drawbacks of the regular maintenance is more obviously. Therefore, the full implementation of condition based maintenance(CBM) is trend. The reliability of power network equipment safety operation can be improved, a lot of equipment maintenance costs and resources can be saved, and the operation cost and power loss can be reduced by using condition-based maintenance. Condition-based maintenance is a systematic project, it is necessary to establish a long-term and effective operating mechanism to achieve the optimization of production cost and human resources.
