摘要 游梁式抽油机在我国各油田数量众多,实现其高效运行是油田经济开发的重要途径。国内各油田抽油机井系统效率水平各有不同,主要与油井举升高度、产液量、生产参数、系统负载率等因素有关。针对影响抽油机井系统举升效率的主要问题进行了讨论,对整个系统的节能潜力进行了阐述,并提出了相应的节能对策,对实现抽油机井高效运行具有实际意义。 A lot of beam pumping unit have been used in China oilfield. The high-efficiency operation of beam pumping unit is an important way of oilfield development. The efficiency level of domestic oilfield pumping is different. It is mainly associated with the lifting height, liquid-producing capacity, production parameters, the system load rate and other factors. The main problems affecting pumping unit system lift efficiency have been discussed and the energy-saving potential of the whole system has been expounded in this paper. The corresponding energy-saving strategy has been proposed in the end of this paper. It has great practical significance for high-efficiency operation of rod-pumped well.
