摘要
针对油田常规异步电动机配备装机功率大、能耗高、效率低的问题,在某采油厂现场试验应用抽油机井电动机液力耦合传动装置。利用液力耦合装置的泵轮力矩与其转速的平方成正比的原理,通过起动瞬间泵轮的低转速运行来降低电动机启动力矩。试验表明,与传统变频等设备相比,液力耦合传动装置带动电动机能有效降低启动力矩,降载效果好,可有效降低电动机有功消耗,有功节电率可达到10.8%。
Because the conventional asynchronous motor for oilfield has higher installed power, higher energyconsumption and lower efficiency, the fluid coupling transmission device for rod pumped well is been developed. According to the principle, which the pump wheel torque of the fluid coupling device is proportional to the square of the rotational speed, the starting torque of the motor is reduced by the low speed running of the starting transient pump wheel. Compared with the traditional frequency conversion and other equipment,experiments show that hydraulic coupling transmission device can drive the motor with a large starting torque and low load. It can effectively reduce the active power consumption by 10.8%.
