摘要
金属埋地管道腐蚀穿孔的原因除了个别材质、施工、管理因素外,更为主要的原因是由土壤腐蚀引起的。通过研究喇嘛甸油田土壤腐蚀性,绘制土壤腐蚀性分级图,可以有针对性地确定埋地管道外防腐方式,形成一套适应于喇嘛甸油田的埋地管道防腐技术,进一步提高腐蚀防护的规划设计水平,降低埋地管道腐蚀速率。
Soil corrosion is the most important reason of the buried pipelines corrosion perforation besides individual material, construction and management factor. By researching Lamadian oilfield soil corrosion character and drawing soil corrosion character classification picture, we can make sure both the inside corrosion protection method and the outside corrosion protection method of pipeline, and form a series of anti-corrosion and heat preservation technologies, which are adaptable for the buried pipelines of Lamadian oilfield, to improve the level of anti-corrosion planning and slow down the rate of pipeline corrosion.
