摘要
为进一步规范就诊秩序,改善就医感受,医院以信息化为依托,以统一预约平台、1个月预约周期、9种预约方式为预约管理目标,于2015年10月全面推行分时段预约诊疗模式,并取得一定成效;通过剖析运行过程中存在的问题,进而提出相应的对策与建议,包括强化宣传力度和广度、完善预约服务管理规范、提升预约平台系统的稳定性和功能性,为扎实推进预约诊疗工作提供参考依据。
Sub-period reservation has been gradually promoted to further standardize outpatient visit order and promote visit feeling. Based on information technology,hospital could provide uniform reservation platform which has one-month appointment cycle and nine different types of reservation services,and achieved some success since October 2015. By analysis of the problems in the implementation process,and then countermeasures are proposed for strengthening propaganda,perfecting reservation service management standard,improving the stability and functionality for reservation platform,aiming to provide a reference for solid advance reservation service.
