中心静脉导管联合激素治疗结核性心包炎的疗效分析

The Effect of Central Venous Catheter Combined With Hormone Treatment of Tuberculous Pericarditis

目的分析中心静脉导管联合激素治疗结核性心包炎的疗效。方法将100例结核性心包炎患者随机分成对照组与观察组各50例,对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予中心静脉导管联合激素治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果对照组的总有效率为68.0%,观察组为90.0%,观察组高于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中心静脉导管联合激素治疗结核性心包炎的疗效显著,临床应用价值高。

Objective To analyse the effect of central venous catheter combined with hormone therapy for tuberculous pericarditis. Methods 100 cases patients with tuberculous pericarditis were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group,the control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,on the base of control group,the observation group received central venous catheter combined with hormone therapy,clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of patients in control was 68%,the observation group was 90%,the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of central venous catheter combined with hormone therapy for tuberculous pericarditis had high clinical value.
