全直肠系膜切除术治疗老年中低位直肠癌的疗效

Effect of Total Mesorectal Excision in Treatment of Elderly Patients With Low Rectal Cancer

目的讨论全直肠系膜切除术治疗老年中低位直肠癌的疗效。方法选择我院于2013年1月-2016年6月收治的老年中低位直肠癌患者78例为研究对象,应用随机数表法,将78例患者划分为观察组与对照组。结果观察组患者疗效优于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义,P〈0.05。结论全直肠系膜切除术,在治疗老年中低位直肠癌时,可获得疗效,提高患者生活质量,延长患者寿命,对患者积极意义较大。

Objective To discuss the effect of total mesorectal excision in the treatment of elderly patients with low rectal cancer. Methods From January 2013 to June 2016,elderly patients with low rectal cancer 78 cases in our hosptial were taken as the research object,using a random number table method,78 cases of patients were divided into observation group and control group. Results The curative effect of the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was significant,and the clinical significance was statistically significant,P〈 0.05. Conclusion Total mesorectal resection in the treatment of elderly patients with low rectal cancer,obtain apparent curative effect,improve patient quality of life,prolong the life of patients and to greatly in patients with positive significance in future clinical application.
