外剥内高扎酌加侧切法治疗环状混合痔临床观察

Observation on Curative Effect of External Dissection and Internal High Ligation Plus Corresponding Lateral Resection in the Treatment of Circular Mixed Hemorrhoids

目的为了减少术后并发症,保护肛门正常功能,缩短切口愈合时间。方法采用外剥内高扎酌加侧切法与传统的外剥内扎法相比较。结果治疗组各项指标均优于对照组。结论该手术具有并发症少,无后遗症,愈合时间短,适用范围广等特点。

Objective For the purpose of reducing the postoperatire complications,protecting the anal functions and shortening the healing time. Methods The longitude excision with the external dissection and internal high ligation plus corresponding literal resection to treat circular mixed hemorrhoids,which compared with the conventional external dissection and internal ligation. Results The indexes of the treatment group is better than the control group. Conclusion This operation has such advantages as less comphrations,no sequels,shorterhealing time,wide range of indications etc.
