弹簧圈栓塞与显微外科夹闭对颅内动脉瘤的治疗效果观察

Observation the Therapeutic Effect of Embolization and Microsurgical Clipping in the Treatment of Intracranial Aneurysms

目的比较弹簧圈栓塞与显微外科夹闭对颅内动脉瘤的治疗效果。方法将在我院治疗的56例颅内动脉瘤患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组28例给予显微外科夹闭治疗,观察组28例给予弹簧圈栓塞治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果治疗后,对照组GOS评分为(3.1±0.5)分,观察组GOS评分为(4.4±0.4)分,对照组和观察组并发症发生率分别为25.0%和7.1%,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论弹簧圈栓塞与显微外科夹闭治疗颅内动脉瘤均可起到良好效果,其中弹簧圈栓塞治疗效果更为显著,可优先选择。

Objective To compare the therapeutic effect of the coil embolization and microsurgical clipping in the treatment of intracranial aneurysms. Methods 56 cases of intracranial aneurysms in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,28 cases in the control group were treated with microsurgical clipping,28 cases of the observation group were treated with coil embolization,and the treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,the control group GOS score was（3.1±0.5）points,the observation group GOS score（4.4±0.4）points,the control group and the observation group complication rate was 25% and 7.1%,the difference between the groups was significant（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Coil embolization and microsurgical clipping of intracranial aneurysms can play a good effect,in which the effect of coil embolization treatment is more significant,can be a priority choice.
