大剂量盐酸羟考酮治疗重度癌痛的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of High Dose of Oxycodone Hydrochloride in Treatment of Severe Cancer Pain

目的探讨大剂量盐酸羟考酮治疗重度癌痛的临床效果。方法选择在我院进行治疗的重度癌痛患者38例作为本次研究的对象。所有患者均给予大剂量盐酸羟考酮治疗,用药剂量>150 mg/d,患者用药后评价患者的镇痛效果和不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前,患者疼痛评分为(8.91±0.81)分,治疗后疼痛评分为(5.24±0.47)分,治疗后疼痛评分比治疗前较降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者不良反应发生率为15.8%。结论大剂量盐酸羟考酮治疗重度癌痛安全有效。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of large dose of oxycodone hydrochloride in treatment of severe cancer pain. Methods Selected inour hospital for treatment of patients with severe pain in 38 cases as the object of this study. All patients were treated with high dose of oxycodone hydrochloride treatment,the dosage is more than 150 mg/d,the incidence of patients to evaluate the analgesic effect and adverse reactions of the patients after treatment. Results Before treatment,the patient＇s pain score was（8.91±0.81）points,after treatment pain score was（5.24±0.47）points,after treatment compared with before treatment,the pain score decreased significantly（P〈 0.05）. The incidence rate of adverse reaction was 15.8%. Conclusion High dose of oxycodone hydrochloride in treatment of severe cancer pain is safe and effective.
