孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效分析

Analysis on Montelukast Sodium Medication Effect in Treatment of Children Patients With Cough Variant Asthma

目的探讨孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法以我院于2015年2月~2016年2月收治的70例小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各35例。给予对照组酮替芬片治疗,给予观察组孟鲁司特钠治疗,观察并对比两组疗效。结果观察组的治疗有效率为94.28%,高于对照组的71.43%,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿实施孟鲁司特钠治疗,效果显著。

Objective Clinical effect of montelukast sodium medication in treatment of children patients with cough variant asthma is to be studied. Methods Chose 70 children patients with cough variant asthma who were treated in hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 to study and separated theminto control group and study group randomly with 35 patients in each group. Patients in control group were given ketotifen medication treatment and patients in study group were given montelukast sodium medication treatment,and then observe and compare treatment effects between two groups. Results Patients＇ treatment efficacy in study group is up to 94.28%,which is much higher than 71.43% in control group,and such a differential has statistic value（P〈 0.05）. Conclusions Montelukast sodium medication is rather efficiency in treatment of children patients with cough variant asthma.
