126例中成药不良反应分析

Adverse Drug Reactions Induced by Chinese Patent Medicines:Analysis of 126 Cases

目的了解某院近3年来中成药的不良反应情况,为临床合理用药提供参考依据。方法通过对某院2013年1月~2015年12月收集的126例中成药不良反应按年龄、性别、联合用药、引起不良反应的药品种类及临床表现进行统计分析。结果 126例ADR涉及55个品种,其中报告3例次及以上的药物有17种,占61.83%。口服制剂引发的不良反应为117例、47个品种。引起ADR的主要品种为骨科疾病药品。ADR临床表现主要为皮肤及其附件损害。结论应重视中成药ADR,慎用中药注射剂,提高临床合理用药水平。

Objective To learn the characteristics and related factors of adverse drug reactions（ADR）of chinese patent medicine in the past three years in a hospital,and to provide reference for rational use of drugs in the clinic. Methods 126 ADRs collected from our hospital from Jan 2013 to Dec 2015 were analyzed retrospectively in respect of patient＇age and gender,drug combination,drug category and clinical manifestation of ADRs. Results A total 126 cases involved 55 kinds of drugs. Among them,17 kinds of drugs were reported in 3 cases and more than 3 cases,accounting for 61.83%. Oral preparation caused 117 ADR cases,involving 47 kinds. The main types of drugs which induced ADRs were of orthopedic disease drugs. Main clinical manifestations were lesion of skin and its appendants. Conclusion Great importance should be attached to ADRs induced by Chinese patent medicine. Traditional chinese medicine injection should be used carefully in order to improve rational drug use in the clinic.
