晚期非小细胞肺癌应用消癌平注射液联合化疗治疗的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Xiaoaiping Injection Combined With Chemotherapy in Treatment With Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

目的探讨消癌平注射液联合化疗在晚期非小细胞肺癌临床治疗中的应用效果,分析其临床应用价值。方法选取2014年1月~2016年1月在我院接诊的78例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者,将所有晚期非小细胞肺癌患者分为观察组（消癌平注射液联合化疗）和对照组（单纯化疗治疗）,各39例。结果观察组患者的总有效率为82.05%,高于对照组（58.33%）,组间对比差异具有统计学意义（χ2=10.198,P〈0.05）。结论应用消癌平注射液联合化疗在晚期非小细胞肺癌,有效提高近期疗效,安全性高。

Objective To investigate the effect of xiaoaiping injection combined with chemotherapy in treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer,its clinical application from analysis. Methods From January 2014 to January 2016 in our hospital 78 cases of advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients,all patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were divided into observation group（xiaoaiping injection combined with chemotherapy）and control group（chemotherapy）,39 cases in each. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 82.05%,higher than that of the control group（58.33%）,and the difference was significant（χ~2 =10.198,P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of xiaoaiping injection combined with chemotherapy in advanced non-small cell lung cancer,improve the curative effect,high safety.
