自拟霰失汤治疗霰粒肿的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Xianshi Decoction in Treatment of Chalazion

目的探索儿童霰粒肿的合理治疗方案及效果。方法临床采集霰粒肿患儿61例,随机分为观察组31例(采用中药汤剂霰失汤进行治疗);对照组30例(单纯采用局部麻醉下行霰粒肿刮除术),观察两组的治疗效果。结果观察组复发率为15.1%,对照组复发率为30%,观察组优于对照组。结论中药汤剂自拟霰失汤治疗儿童霰粒肿复发情况优于手术治疗。

Objective To explore the effect of Xianshi Decoction treatment of children chalazion. Methods The clinical data acquisition chalazia patients 61 cases,were randomly divided into observation group（31 cases with Xianshi Decoction of Chinese Medicine decoction treatment,loss of graupel）,30 cases in the control group（treated with local anesthesia chalazia curettage）,to observe the therapeutic effect of the two groups. Results The recurrence rate of observation group was 15.1%,the recurrence rate of control group was 30%,the observation group was significantly better than the control group. Conclusion The Xianshi Decoction of Chinese Medicine decoction in the treatment of children with recurrent chalazia is better than surgical treatment.
