复方丹参滴丸联合氯吡格雷片治疗不稳定型心绞痛患者的临床效果

The Clinical Effect of Compound Danshen Pills Combined With Clopidogrel Tablets on Patients With Unstable Angina

目的探讨复方丹参滴丸联合氯吡格雷片治疗不稳定型心绞痛患者的临床效果。方法 50例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组25例,观察组患者给予复方丹参滴丸联合氯吡格雷片进行治疗,对照组单纯采用复方丹参滴丸治疗,对比观察两组的临床疗效和治疗后的血小板聚集情况。结果对照组和观察组患者的临床有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的血小板聚集率比对照组更有优势(P<0.05)。结论采用复方丹参滴丸联合氯吡格雷片治疗具有良好的临床疗效。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of compound danshen pills combined with clopidogrel tablets on patients with unstable angina. Methods 50 cases of unstable angina patients were randomly divided into observation group（n=25）and control group（n=25）. The therapies of the observation group was compound danshen pills combined with clopidogrel tablets,and the therapies of the control group was compound danshen pills,the clinical effect of the two groups and the aggregation of platelets after treatment were compared. Results The clinical effect of the two groups was no statistical significance（P〉 0.05）. After treatment,the platelet aggregation rate of the observation group was more significant than that of the control group（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The use of compound danshen pill combined with clopidogrel tablets has good clinical curative effect.
