联合检测血清胱抑素C、糖化血红蛋白、尿微量白蛋白在2型糖尿病肾病肾损伤诊断中的临床价值 被引量:10

摘要 目的探究在2型糖尿病肾病肾损伤诊断中联合检测血清胱抑素C、糖化血红蛋白、尿微量白蛋白的应用价值。方法选择我院2015年1月~2016年4月收治的354例2型糖尿病肾病患者作为观察组,另选择100例我院健康检查的健康志愿者作为对照组,比较两组患者血清Cys C、Hb Alc和MA水平、检查阳性率及各指标间的相关性。结果观察组患者的Cys C、Hb Alc和MA指标高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);观察组患者Cys C、Hb Alc和MA三项指标联合检测阳性率高于三项指标单独检测的阳性率,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);观察组患者Cys C、Hb Alc和MA指标存在正相关关系。结论在2型糖尿病肾病肾损伤诊断中,Cys C、Hb Alc和MA三项指标联合检测极大程度提高了肾损伤诊断的准确率,对于患者的及早诊断、治疗及监测具有重要作用。 Objective To explore the application value of the diagnosis of type 2 diabetic nephropathy renal injury combined detection of serum inhibition C,glycosylated hemoglobin,urine trace albumin. Methods 354 cases of type 2 diabetic nephropathy patients treated in our hospital from January 2015 to April 2015,were selected as observation group,then another 100 cases of check-up of healthy volunteers in our hospital were chosen as control group,compared two groups of patients serum Cys C,Hb Alc and MA level,and the positive rate and the correlation among the indexes were checked. Results Patients in the observation group of of Cys C,Hb Alc and,whose MA index is higher than the control group, and it had statistically significant difference(P〈 0.05). For the patients in the observation group,whose Hb Alc and Cys C MA obtained three indicators positive predictive value of combined detection, and they were higher than that of three indicators,so it had statistically significant difference(P〈 0.05). The patients in observation group,whose Cys C,Hb Alc and MA index had positive correlation. Conclusion In the diagnosis of type 2 diabetic nephropathy renal injury,three indicators of Cys C,Hb Alc and MA combined detection have greatly improved the accuracy of the diagnosis of kidney damage,so it plays an important role on patients' diagnosis,treatment and monitoring.
