临床生化检验中血清分离胶的应用观察

Application Observe of Serum Separation Gel in Clinical Biochemical Test

目的分析并探究血清分离胶在临床生化检验中的应用。方法随机选取2015年5月-2016年4月于本院接受临床生化检验的90例患者为研究对象,依据信封法随机分为两组,对照组采取真空玻璃管进行采血化验。观察组则采用血清分离胶进行采血化验,各45例。结果对比两组血液凝固时间,观察组有明显缩短（P〈0.05）。另外对比两组AMY、CK、LDH以及AST等指标,结果显示差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在临床生化检验中应用血清分离胶可有效分离血清,提高血液凝固效率及检验结果的准确性、可靠性。

Objective To analyze and explore the application of serum separation gel in clinical biochemistry examination. Methods Randomly selected from April 2015 to May 2016,in the hospital to accept clinical biochemical test of 90 cases of patients as the research object,according to the envelope method was randomly divided into two groups,the control group to take the vacuum glass tube for blood test. Observation group was used to test the blood serum separation gel,each of the 45 cases. Results Compared with the blood coagulation time of the two groups,the observation group was significantly shorter（P 〈0.05）. In addition,compared with the two groups of AMY,CK,LDH and AST indicators,the results also showed that there were significant differences（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of serum separation gel can effectively separate serum,improve the accuracy and reliability of blood coagulation efficiency and test results.
