超声诊断脐带绕颈对指导产科分娩方式价值分析

Delivery Way Value Analysis of Umbilical Cord Around the Neck With Ultrasound Diagnosis in Obstetrics Department

目的探讨脐带绕颈采用超声诊断对指导产科分娩的价值。方法选取门诊及住院孕妇2 000例,均为我院产科2014年1月~2016年4月收治,采用超声对脐带绕颈情况诊断。结果采用超声检查,拟诊脐带绕颈为2周且力度较紧和检出脐带绕颈〉2周的孕产妇157例,上述产妇,特别是同时有脐带绕肢体或绕胎儿背部、腰部者,需积极采取剖宫产手术结束妊娠。术后随访,155例符合,符合率为98.7%,使围生儿死亡率及胎儿宫内窘迫率下降。结论采用超声对脐带绕颈诊断,具有结果准确、无创、直观、操作简便等优点,可为临床选择科学、恰当的分娩方式提供参考,进而保障产科整体分娩质量,最大限度降低围生儿死亡率。

Objective To investigate the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of umbilical cord around the neck. Methods 2 000 cases of outpatient and hospitalized pregnant women were selected,all of which were admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to April 2016. The diagnosis of umbilical cord around the neck was diagnosed by ultrasound. Results The ultrasound examination,diagnosed as umbilical cord around the neck for 2 weeks and the intensity is tight and the detection of umbilical cord around the neck,pregnant 2 weeks in 157 cases,the women,especially with umbilical cord around the body or around the fetus back and waist,to take cesarean section at the end of pregnancy. After operation,155 cases were followed up,and the rate was 98.7%. The mortality rate of perinatal infant and fetal distress rate decreased. Conclusion Ultrasound of umbilical cord around the neck with diagnosis,accurate,noninvasive,intuitive and convenient operation,which can provide reference for the clinical choice of delivery mode of scientific and appropriate,so as to ensure the overall obstetric delivery quality,reduce perinatal mortality.
