摘要
目的分析骨科感染病原菌及耐药性。方法将2013年1月~2016年1月本院骨科送检349例标本纳入研究,给予标本培养菌株鉴定及药敏试验,分析结果。结果在不同抗生素药敏试验中,细菌耐药率不同,革兰阴性菌和阳性菌都对青霉素类有较高耐药。结论在骨科临床,应加强对感染者细菌分布和耐药性观察,依照药敏试验合理使用抗菌药物。
Objective To analyze the orthopedic infection pathogens and drug resistance. Methods From January 2013 to January 2016 submission orthopedic hospital 349 cases of samples included in the study,given specimen culture strain identification and susceptibility testing,results of the analysis. Results In the different antimicrobial susceptibility testing,the different rates of bacterial resistance,gram-negative bacteria and positive bacteria have a higher resistance to penicillins. Conclusion In orthopedics,should be strengthened and bacteria distribution and drug resistance of the infected persons,in accordance with the rational use of antibiotics susceptibility testing.
