摘要
目的探讨ANS活性在乳鼠心房肌细胞KAch通道表达中的作用。方法在2015年9月~2016年9月,选60只实验用大鼠,分为去甲肾上腺素组和对照组,去甲肾上腺素组利用去肾上腺素干预,对照组仅应用生理盐水;使用实时荧光定量RT-PCR检测二组大鼠乳鼠心房肌细胞的Kir 3.1、Kir 3.4 m RNA的转录水平。结果 ANS活性和乳鼠心房肌细胞KAch通道上Kir 3.1、Kir 3.4 m RNA表达水平之间存在着相关性。结论 ANS活性影响乳鼠心房肌细胞KAch通道上很多因子的表达水平。
Objective To investigate the effect of ANS activity on the expression of KAch channel in rat atrial myocytes. Methods From September 2015 to September 2016,60 experimental rats were divided into norepinephrine group and control group,norepinephrine group using norepinephrine intervention,the control group used normal saline,the transcription level detection of atrial myocytes of neonatal rats in the two groups of Kir 3.1 and Kir 3.4 m RNA using real-time fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR. Results There was a correlation between ANS activity and the expression level of Kir 3.1 and Kir 3.4 m RNA in the rat atrial myocytes of KAch. Conclusion ANS activity affects the expression levels of many factors in the KAch channel of rat atrial myocytes.
