临床护理路径在脑梗死患者中的应用研究

目的研究临床护理路径在脑梗死患者中的应用。方法选取2015年1月~2016年6月到我院就诊的脑梗死患者100例作为研究样本,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例患者,对照组采取常规的护理方式,观察组采取临床护理路径护理。护理后,比较两组患者生活质量评分（躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能和物质生活方面）以及护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能和物质生活方面均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;护理后,观察组护理满意度为96%,高于对照组的82%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论临床护理路径对脑梗死患者治疗效果显著,提高了患者生活质量,护理满意度也有所提高。

Objective To study the application of clinical nursing pathway in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods Selected 100 cases of cerebral infarction patients in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2016 as the research sample,randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group,the control group adopted routine nursing,the observation group adopted clinical nursing pathway nursing. After nursing,the scores of quality of life（physical function,psychological function,social function and material life）and nursing satisfaction of two groups were compared. Results After nursing,the physical function,psychological function,social function and material life of the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈 0.05）. After nursing care,the observation group nursing satisfaction was 96%,higher than the control group of 82%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway has a significant effect on the treatment of cerebral infarction patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
