摘要
目的探讨肾穿刺活检术后患者排尿困难的原因并总结护理对策。方法将258例行肾穿刺活检术的患者作为本组研究对象,统计术后出现排尿困难现象的患者人数,分析患者出现排尿困难现象的原因,总结针对排尿困难患者的护理经验。结果 258例患者中有24例患者出现了排尿困难的现象,造成患者排尿困难的因素主要包括心理因素、体位及环境因素、机械性梗阻。采取针对性护理干预可有效改善患者的排尿困难现象,24例患者经过护理后均恢复正常排尿。结论排尿困难时肾穿刺活检术后一种常见并发症,原因复杂,采用针对性护理可改善排尿困难问题,进而推动患者获得较高的生活质量。
Objective To investigate the causes of dysuria after renal biopsy and summarize the nursing strategies. Methods A total of 258 patients undergoing renal biopsy were included in this study. The number of patients with dysuria after operation was analyzed. The causes of dysuria were analyzed. Nursing experiences of dysuria were summarized. Results Among the 258 patients,dysuria occurred in 24 cases. The main factors of dysuria were psychological factors,posture and environmental factors,and mechanical obstruction. To adopt targeted nursing intervention can effectively improve the patient＇s dysuria phenomenon,24 patients after care are restored to normal urination. Conclusion A common complication and complication of renal biopsy after dysuria is to improve the dysuria problem by targeted nursing.
