优质护理服务在血液净化科护理工作中的应用价值分析

Application Value of High Quality Nursing Service in the Nursing Work of Blood Purification Department

目的探究优质护理服务在血液净化科护理工作中的应用价值。方法选择我院血液净化科于2013年7月~2015年4月所收治的120名患者作为研究,根据其接受护理方式的不同,分为对照组和试验组。对对照组实施常规的护理模式,对试验组实施优质护理服务,对患者接受护理过程中的身体各项指标进行观察和记录,并在患者护理结束自后,对其恢复情况进行随访收集。结果对照组和试验组两组患者的恢复情况都呈现良好,但是相比之下,试验组的效果更加明显,患者对于疾病知识的了解程度更加高,并没有出现感染的病例,内瘘穿刺的成功率提高,而不良事件发生率也降低。在护理满意度比较方面,试验组患者也高过对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在优质护理服务体系的影响下,护患之间的矛盾得到了缓解,护士的责任感增强了,从而也促进了血液净化科护理质量的提高。

Objective To explore the application value of high quality nursing service in the nursing of blood purification division. Methods 120 patients who received treatment in our hospital blood purification section from July 2013 to April 2015 were selected as the research objects,and then they were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the different nursing ways they received. To be specific,the control group received the routine nursing mode,while the experimental group received high quality nursing service. In addition,the patients＇ body indicators in the process of nursing were observed and recorded,and their recovery situation was collected in the follow-up visit after the nursing. Results The patients of the control group and experimental group show good recovery effect,while the patients of the control group have more apparent recovery effect,higher level of the disease knowledge,suffer no infection,higher internal fistula puncture success rate and lower incidence of adverse events. Moreover,the experimental group has higher nursing satisfaction than the control group,and the differences between the two groups are statistically significant（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Under the influence of high quality nursing service system,the contradiction between nurses and patients is eased,and nurses have stronger sense of responsibility,thus improving the nursing quality of the blood purification division.
