摘要
目的研究针对性护理服务应用于胃溃疡患者中的作用,评定对患者的临床效果以及生活质量。方法采用随机数字表法的形式将我院收治的胃溃疡患者80例平均分成两组,分别为研究组(n=40)和对照组(n=40),对照组患者行基础护理模式,研究组患者行针对性护理服务模式,对两组患者干预后总满意度、睡眠指标进行对比。结果经过不同模式护理后,研究组的睡眠评分以及总满意度均优于对照组患者,数据对比差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论相比较于基础性护理模式,针对性护理服务方法能够提高胃溃疡患者的生活质量,这对于临床研究具有重要意义。
Objective To study the role of pertinent nursing service in patients with gastric ulcer and evaluate the clinical effect and quality life of patients. Methods 80 patients with gastric ulcer were randomly divided into two groups ： study group（n=40）and reference group（n=40）. The patients in control group received basic nursing model,the patients in the study group were treated with targeted nursing service model,and the total satisfaction and sleep indexes were compared between the two groups. Results After different models of care,the study group of sleep scores and overall satisfaction were better than the reference group of patients,the data showed difference,P 〈0.05. Conclusion Compared with the basic nursing model,targeted care services can improve the quality of life of patients with gastric ulcer,which is of great significance for clinical research.
