护理干预对妇科恶性肿瘤化疗患者的疗效观察

Observation the Effect of Nursing Intervention on Patients With Gynecological Malignant Tumor Chemotherapy

目的研究妇科恶性肿瘤化疗患者实施护理干预的临床效果。方法选择我院2014年6月~2015年6月诊治的90例妇科恶性肿瘤化疗治疗的患者,将其均分为两组,对照组患者实施常规护理措施,观察组患者在上述护理基础上实施有效的护理干预,比较两组患者干预前后生活质量评分（QOL）。结果通过比较,观察组患者中25例为优,15例为良,5例为差,优良率为88.89%;对照组患者中,17例为优,14例为良,14例为差,优良率为71.11%;两组患者差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论妇科恶性肿瘤化疗患者实施有效的护理干预措施能够稳定患者的各项生命体征,提升患者的免疫力,改善贫血症状。

Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention on patients with gynecological malignant tumor undergoing chemotherapy. Methods In our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 in the diagnosis and treatment of 90 cases of gynecological malignant tumor chemotherapy patients,which were divided into two groups,the control group were given routine nursing measures,the observation group received nursing intervention based on the effective nursing care,quality of life score of two groups of patients before and after intervention（QOL）. Results By comparison,observation of 25 cases were excellent in the group of patients,15 cases were benign,5 cases were poor,the excellent rate was 88.89%,the control group of patients,17 cases were excellent,14 were good,14 cases were poor,the excellent rate was 71.11%,there were significant differences between the two groups（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Gynecological malignant tumor chemotherapy patients with effective nursing intervention can stabilize the patient＇s vital signs,improve the immunity of patients,improve the symptoms of anemia.
