摘要
目的本文研究糖尿病并发症护理及健康教育临床效果,旨在为临床护理提供理论支持。方法选取2015年1月~2016年1月在本院治疗的104例糖尿病患者,104例患者根据意愿进行分组,分为护理组和传统组,每组糖尿病患者各52例。护理组行糖尿病并发症护理及健康教育,传统组患者接受常规护理,对比两组并发症发生率以及护理效果。结果护理组患者的糖尿病心理状况优于传统组,护理组患者的健康知识掌握率高于传统组,传统组患者的护理总满意度低于护理组,两组数据对比差距有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论将并发症护理及健康教育用于糖尿病患者之中,减轻了患者的心理负担,加深患者掌握健康知识程度,提升患者护理满意度。
Objective To study the clinical effect of complications of diabetes care and health education. Methods From January 2015 to January 2016 during the 104 cases of diabetic patients in our hospital,each group of patients with diabetes in all 52 cases. The nursing group received the complications of diabetes care and health education,the traditional group of patients received routine nursing care. Results The psychological status of diabetic group was significantly better than the traditional nursing group,group health knowledge master rate was significantly higher than that of the traditional group,the total satisfaction of nursing group were lower than conventional nursing group two groups of data comparison,the gap is significant,with statistical significance(P〈 0.05). Conclusion The complications of nursing care and health education for diabetes patients among them,deepen patients to grasp the degree of health knowledge.
