优质护理在妇产科护理中的应用

Application of High Quality Nursing in Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing

目的研究妇产科护理中实施优质护理的临床效果。方法选择我院172例妇产科患者,分对照组和常规组,对照组86例患者实施常规护理,观察组86例患者在常规护理的基础上实施优质护理,比较两组患者对护理人员的满意度、患者的心理状态评分及护理质量。结果通过比较,观察组患者对护理人员满意度及心理状态优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者护理纠纷率以及患者投诉率比对照组低。结论妇产科护理中应用优质护理措施的临床效果显著,能够有效提升患者的健康知识知晓率以及对护理人员的满意度,降低患者投诉率及护患纠纷率。

Objective To study the clinical effect of high quality nursing in obstetrics and gynecology nursing. Methods 172 cases of patients in department of obstetrics and gynecology in our hospital,the implementation of routine nursing care of 86 cases of patients in the control group,the 86 patients in the observation group the implementation of high quality nursing care on the basis of routine nursing and nursing quality score were compared between the two groups of nursing staff satisfaction and the psychological status of the patients. Results Through the comparison,the observation group of patients with nursing satisfaction and mental state was significantly better than the control group（P 〈0.05）,observation group patients nursing dispute rate and patients＇ complaints rate was significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion The clinical effect of high quality nursing in obstetrics and gynecology nursing significantly,can effectively improve the patients＇ health knowledge awareness rate and satisfaction of nursing staff,reduce the rate of patient complaints and disputes in probability.
