摘要
目的分析护理层级管理(NMH)在护理管理中的应用效果。方法我院自2015年1月开始采用护理层级管理模式,最高层为护士长,依次为小组长、责任护士的层级模式,对实施护理层级管理前及实施后的护理质量及患者满意率进行评价。结果实施护理层级管理后,基础护理评分为(97.2±2.7)分,病房管理评分(96.4±6.3)分,高于实施前的(89.2±6.4)分及(86.4±4.3)分,比较差异P<0.05;实施后患者的护理满意率94.4%高于实施前79.4%,比较差异P<0.05。结论我院在各科急性病症患者的治疗中采用护理层级管理模式,能够显著改善护理服务质量,提高患者护理满意度,值得普及。
Objective To analyze the application effect of nursing level management(NMH) in nursing management. Methods Our hospital began in January 2015 to adopt the nursing level management model,the highest level of the head nurse,followed by the team leader,the level of responsibility nurses model,the implementation of the nursing level before and after the implementation of nursing quality and patient satisfaction rate. Results(97.2±2.7)and ward management score(96.4±6.3)were significantly higher than those before the implementation(89.2±6.4)and(86.4±4.3)respectively,and the difference was significant. The satisfaction rate of 94.4% was significantly higher than that of 79.4%(P〈 0.05). Conclusion Our hospital adopts the nursing level management mode in the treatment of patients with various acute disease,can significantly improve the quality of nursing service,improve nursing satisfaction of patients, is worthy of popularization.
