Characteristics of Tibetan Dialect and Measures of Police Work in Tibetan Areas: Taking Garze?Tibetan?Autonomous?Prefecture as Example

以区域视角分析四川甘孜藏民方言特点,在藏区藏民方言难通话、县域内语言地域分化、以及同一语言跨行政区域流通的特点。在这些因素影响下,藏区基层警务工作也具有特殊性。应从完善藏区社区警务区域警务模式运行主体、基层警务人员分类培训和提升社区民警群众工作能力等方面发展。

From the perspective of region, Tibetan dialect in Garze tibetan autonomous prefecture, Sichuan provincehas unique characteristics which makes police work in the region become unique. For example, it’s difficult tocommunicate with the dialect, the dialects in a same county are different, and a branch of dialect may be used acrossadministrative region. To improve community policing, the operation subject should be perfected, ordinary police officersshould be trained in classification and polices ’ ability to deal with mass work should be enhanced.
