摘要
校本研修是教师职场自我培训提高的有效途径,但由于农村学校及教师的状况所限,校本研修的质量和效果受到影响。开展互助式校本研修,搭建校本研修互助网,形成校际联动的研修共同体,对促进教师可持续专业发展,将起到积极的促进作用。
School-based research is an effective approach for teachers' self-training in their career, but the quality and effectiveness of school-based research are affected by the limited situation of schools and teachers in rural areas. Carrying out mutual-aid school-based research, building school-based research networks, and forming inter-school research communities will play an active role in promoting teachers' sustainable professional development.
