少先队辅导员工作现状的实证研究——以四川省小学少先队辅导员为例

An Empirical Studyof the Work Status of the Young Pioneers Counselors Team——A Case Study of Young Pioneers counselors on primary schools in Sichuan Province

本研究对四川省川东、川西、川北、川南四大地区80所小学的1600名少先队辅导员的工作现状进行了调查研究。结果发现:1.总体上,被调研小学少先队辅导员群体工作现状良好。2.比较而言,私立、城镇学校较公立、农村学校的少先队辅导员工作现状好,大队、专职少先队辅导员较中队、兼职少先队辅导员工作现状好;从事少先队辅导员工作16-20年的辅导员工作现状最好,11-15年的较差。3.我们可以根据学校性质、队别、学校地区等来预测四川省少先队辅导员工作现状。

This study surveys the work status of 1600 young pioneers counselors at 80 primary schools in Sichuan province. The results show that as a whole,the work status of the Young Pioneers counselors is better; in comparison,the work status of the counselor's at private schools is better than that at the public schools'; the work status of the counselors at urban schools is better than that at rural schools'. The work status of the brigade counselors isbetter than that of squadron counselors,and the work status of the full-time counselors is better than that of the part-time counselors; the work status of counselors who work as instructors for 16 to 20 years is best; the work status of counselors who work as instructors for 11-15 years is the worst; the work status of young pioneers counselors can be predicted according to the nature,the district and the level of young pioneers counselors.
