摘要
目的建立石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定深海鱼油中铅和镉含量的方法.方法石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法.结果在0.001-0.2 ng /mL 范围内铅(r= 0.9999,n = 6)、镉(r= 0.9992,n = 6)线性关系良好;平均回收率分别为92.3%.(RSD = 1.45% ,n = 6)和94.6% (RSD = 1.53% ,n = 6).结论本法简便,快捷,灵敏度、重现性好,可作评价深海鱼油中铅、镉含量的质控方法.
Objective To establish a m ethod of graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrom etry in m easuring the contents oflead and cadm ium in the fish oil of deep sea. Methods The graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrom etry was adopted.Results The linear relationship betw een lead (r=0.9999,n=6)and cadm ium (r= 0 .9992 ,n=6)from 0.001 to 0.2ng/m L was good,and the average recovery rate was 92.3% (RSD =1.45% , n=6) and 94.6% (RSD =1.53% ,n=6). Conclusion The m ethod is sim pleand rapid with good sensitivity and reproducibility, which can be used as a quality-control m ethod of evaluating thecontents of lead and cadm ium in the fish oil of deep sea.
