胃溃疡患者实施个体化健康教育处方对医学知识知晓及护理满意度的影响

The Effect of Individualized Health Education Prescription for Patients with Gastric Ulcer on the Awareness of Medical Knowledge and Nursing Satisfactory Degree

目的探讨和分析胃溃疡患者实施个体化健康教育处方对医学知识知晓及护理满意度的影响。方法选取2014年6月—2016年6月期间在该院接受临床治疗的80例胃溃疡患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,每组分别有40例患者,对两组患者均进行常规治疗,并对对照组患者进行常规的口头健康宣教,对研究组患者进行个体化健康教育处方,分析两组患者的效果。结果研究组患者的医学知识知晓率(97.50%)与对照组患者(75.00%)相比较,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组患者的护理满意度(95.00%)与对照组患者(72.50%)相比较,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对胃溃疡患者实施个体化健康教育处方可明显提高患者的医学知识知晓率及护理满意度。

Objective To study and analyze the effect of individualized health education prescription？for patients with gastriculcer on the awareness of m edical knowledge and nursing satisfactory degree. Methods 80 cases of patients with gastriculcer treated in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2016 were selected as the research objects and random ly divided intotwo groups with 40 cases in each, both groups adopted the routine treatm ent, the control group adopted the routine oralhealth education, while the research group adopted the individual health education prescription, and the effect of the twogroups was analyzed. Results The difference in the aw areness rate of m edical knowledge betw een the research group andthe control group was obvious by com parison, （97.50% vs 75.00% ）, （P〈 0.05）, and the difference in the nursing satisfactorydegree betw een the research group and the control group was obvious by com parison, （95.00% vs 72.50% ）,（P 〈 0.05）. ConclusionThe im plem entation of individualized health education prescription for patients with gastric ulcer can obviously im provethe awareness rate of m edical knowledge and nursing satisfactory degree.
