情景教学联合临床轮转培训方式对门诊部新护士的培训效果分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的分析情景教学联合临床轮转培训方式在门诊部新护士培训中的应用效果。方法选择该院门诊部聘用的10例新护士作为观察组,予以情景教学联合临床轮转培训方式,并将同期聘用的10例新护士设为对照组,予以常规培训方式,比较两组的培训效果。结果观察组护士的基础理论及护理技术操作成绩均明显要比对照组优秀,对比有差异(P<0.05)。观察组患者总满意率98%,对照组总满意率72%,对比有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论门诊部新护士培训应用情景教学联合临床轮转培训方式,能明显提高培训质量,帮助护士掌握相关护理知识,值得推广。 Objective To analyze the application value of situational language learning combined with clinical rotatingtraining method carried out by the new nurses in the department of outpatient. Methods 10 cases of new nurses hired bythe department of outpatient in our hospital were selected as the observation group, while the observation group adopted thesituational language learning and clinical rotating training, 10 cases of new nurses hired at the same period were selected asthe control group, the control group adopted the routine training method, and the training effect was compared between thetwo groups. Results The basic theoretical and nursing technical operation scores in the observation group were better thanthose in the control group with difference by comparison(P〈0.05) and there was an obvious difference in the total satisfactoryrate between the observation group and the control group by comparison(98% vs 72%)(P〈0.05). Conclusion The applicationof situational language learning combined with clinical rotating training method by the new nurses in the department ofoutpatient can obviously improve the training quality and help nurses master the related nursing knowledge, which is worthpromotion.
