Application of Hierarchical Management Model in the Nursing Management in the Department of Gynaecology

目的探讨护士层级管理模式在妇科护理管理中的应用效果.方法根据护士学历、工作年限、职称等条件将其分为N0-N4 五个层级,结合妇科护理工作特点,明确各级职责,科学分工,改进护理排班及人力资源配置,建立相应层级培训和考核制度.通过发放问卷调查的方式评价层级管理前后患者对护理工作满意度；并对护理工作质量进行比较.结果实施层级管理后,患者对妇科护理满意度由之前的81.28%提髙至98.54%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.妇科护理工作质量较层级管理前有明显升髙,比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论分层级管理能够充分激发护理人员潜能,调动其工作积极性,增强工作责任感,提髙专业培训效果,有利于整体优质护理服务的开展,对提髙妇科护理满意度、护理工作质量和专科操作技能水平均具有重要作用,值得临床推广应用.

Objective To discuss the application effect of hierarchical management model in the nursing management in thedepartment of gynaecology. Methods The nurses were divided into five levels from N0 to N4 according to the academiclevel, working life and professional title, and we should clear responsibilities at all levels, carry out scientific division, improvethe nursing scheduling and human resource allocation and establish the corresponding hierarchical training and examinationsystem according to the nursing working features in the department of gynaecology, and the satisfactory degree of patientsto nursing work before and after the hierarchical management was evaluated by issuing the questionnaires, and thenursing working quality was compared. Results After the implementation of hierarchical management, the satisfactory degreeof patients to nursing in the department of gynaecology increased from 81.28% to 98.54%, and the difference had statisticalsignificance, P〈0.05, and the nursing working quality in the department of gynaecology was obviously improved comparedwith that before the hierarchical management, and the difference had statistical significance by comparison, P〈0.05. ConclusionThe hierarchical management can fully motivate the potential of nursing staff, motivate the working enthusiasm ofthem, strengthen the working responsibility and improve the professional training effect, which is conducive to the developmentof overall excellent nursing service and has an important effect on improving the nursing satisfactory degree in the departmentof gynaecology, nursing working quality and specialist operating skills, and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
