分层分组管理模式在手术室护理人员中的应用效果分析

Analysis of Application Effect of Hierarchical Classification Management Mode in the Nursing Staff in the Operating Room

目的探讨分层分组管理模式在手术室护理人员中的应用效果。方法选择2015年5月—2016年5月该院手术室24名护理人员作为研究组,选择2014年4月—2015年4月该院手术室24名护理人员作为对照组。对照组采取常规手术室护理模式,研究组在此基础上应用分层分组管理模式。结果两组护理质量调查量表得分比较中,研究组护理技术操作、消毒隔离、护理文书、基础护理、无菌意识及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组护理总满意率100.00%,高于对照组88.00%(P<0.05)。结论对手术室护理人员实施分层分组管理模式,可以有效提高护理质量与护理服务满意度,适于临床推广。

Objective To study the application effect of hierarchical classification management mode in the nursing staff inthe operating room. Methods 24 cases of nursing staff in the operating room in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016were selected as the research group, and 24 cases of nursing staff in the operating room in our hospital from April 2014 toApril 2015 were selected as the control group, and the control group adopted the routine nursing model in the operatingroom, while the research group adopted the hierarchical classification management mode on the basis of the control group.Results The comparison showed that the nursing technical operation, disinfection and isolation, nursing documentation, basicnursing, asepsis cognition and total score were higher than those in the control group, P〈0.05, and the total nursing satisfactoryrate in the research group was higher than that in the control group, （100.00% vs 88.00%）, P〈0.05. ConclusionThe implementation of hierarchical classification management mode for nursing staff in the operating room can effectivelyimprove the nursing quality and nursing service satisfactory degree, which is suitable for clinical promotion.
