对吉林市本科护生人文关怀能力的调查分析

Investigation of Humanistic Care Ability of Undergraduate Student Nurses in Jilin

目的了解吉林市本科护理学生的人文关怀能力现状及影响因素。方法采用便利抽样的方法 ,用护理专业大学生人文关怀能力调查问卷对吉林市3所高校1 624名在校护理本科生进行问卷调查。结果吉林市本科护生人文关怀能力得分为(126.14±11.03)分;性别、所在年级、生源地和是否为独生子女4个因素对护生人文关怀能力有影响(P<0.05)。结论吉林市本科护生人文关怀能力处于中等偏高水平,其中农村生源和独生子女需着重加强人文关怀能力。

Objective To know the humanistic care ability status and influence factors of undergraduate student nurses inJilin. Methods 1 624 cases of nursing undergraduates at school in Jilin were randomly surveyed by the questionnaire ofhumanistic care ability. Results The humanistic care ability score of undergraduate student nurses in Jilin was （126.14土11. 03） marks, and the four factors of gender, grade, students birth place and the only child or not had an effect on thehumanistic care ability of student nurses（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The humanistic care ability of undergraduate student nursesin Jilin is above the intermediate level, and the rural students and the only child need to enhance humanistic care ability.
