预成纤维桩或可塑纤维桩在口腔修复中的应用价值 被引量:8

摘要 目的观察分析预成纤维桩或可塑纤维桩在口腔修复中效果。方法选取该院2015年1月—2015年12月收治的76例(84颗)口腔修复患者,运用双色球随机分组法分为观察组38例(42颗)和对照组38例(42颗),对照组患者采用铸造金属桩治疗,观察组患者采用预成纤维桩或可塑纤维桩治疗,分析两组患者治疗情况。结果观察组患者单颗纤维桩所需时间(62.13±16.72)min,短于对照组的(104.50±25.64)min,观察组患者修复成功率97.37%,高于对照组68.42%,并发症发生率2.63%,低于对照组的26.32%,治疗满意率97.37%,高于对照组的71.05%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对口腔修复患者,预成纤维桩或可塑纤维桩修复效果良好,可提高修复成功率,缩短修复时间,改善患者生活质量,获得了患者的好评和认可,值得积极推广应用。 Objective To observe and analyze the effect of prefabricated fiber post or plastic fiber post in the mouth rehabilitation.Methods 76 cases of patients with oral rehabilitation (84 teeth) admitted and treated in our hospital from January2015 to December 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 38 cases (42 teeth) in each, the controlgroup adopted the cast metal post, while the observation group adopted the prefabricated fiber post or plastic fiber post, andthe treatment condition of the two groups was analyzed. Results The time required for single fiber post in the observationgroup was shorter than that in the control group [(62.13±16.72) min vs (104.50±25.64) min], and the rehabilitation successrate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (97.37% vs 68.42%), and the incidence rate of complicationswas lower than that in the control group (2.63% vs 26.32%), and the treatment satisfactory rate was higher thanthat in the control group(97.37% vs 71.05%), and the differences had statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion For patientswith oral rehabilitation, the rehabilitation effect of the prefabricated fiber post or plastic fiber post is good, which canimprove the rehabilitation success rate, shorten the rehabilitation time and improve the quality of life of patients, which isrecognized and praised by patients, and it is worth positive promotion and application.
