基层医院院内感染现状及管理措施探讨

近年来随着激素、免疫抑制剂和广谱抗生素的广泛应用,院内感染的发生率呈逐年上升趋势,已成为当今医疗界的严重问题,严重威胁着患者及医务人员的健康。如何做好院内感染的监测、预防和管理,是保障医院健康运转、工作人员和患者健康的重要条件,也是医院管理者不断研究和努力的方向。特别在基层医院,由于多种条件制约,院内感染发生率仍较高,感染致病菌种类复杂多样,人们对院内感染危害和预防重要性认识不足,没能够采取有效措施切断传染源与传播途径,感染管理措施不到位,缺乏效果评价与持续改进,从而影响院内感染管理效果。通过完善医院感染管理制度、加强医务人员院感知识培训、注重手卫生、加强院感高发科室的建设和管理、建立院内感染管理效果评价机制和实施持续质量改进措施等,使院内感染得到有效控制,医疗活动更加规范和安全,为患者提供良好的治疗环境。

In recent years, with the wide application of hormone, immunosuppressor and broad-spectrum antibiotics, the incidencerate of hospital infection shows an increasing trend year by year, which has already been a series issue in the presentmedical field and seriously threatens the patient and medical staff health, how to do a good job in the hospital infectionmonitoring, prevention and management is an important condition of ensuring the health operation of the hospital and thehealth of working staff and patients, and it is also the direction that the hospital managers constantly research and strive for,especially in the primary hospital, the incidence rate of hospital infection is still high due to restrictions of multiple conditions,the infection pathogen variety is complex, and people’s awareness of hospital infection risk and prevention importanceis insufficient, and they fail to adopt the effective measures to cut off the infection source and transmission way, and the infectionmanagement measures are not in place and the effect evaluation and continuous improvement are shortage thus affectingthe hospital infection management effect, improving the hospital infection management system, enhancing the hospitalinfection knowledge training of medical staff, paying attention to hand sanitary, enhancing the construction and managementof the department of hospital infection, establishing the hospital infection management effect evaluation mechanismand implementing the continuous quality improvement measures can effectively control the hospital infection, and make themedical activities more standardized and safe and provide a good treatment environment for patients.
