摘要 基于增压发动机与自然吸气发动机的不同特点,分析了整车传动系统在带有增压发动机时的匹配及优化方法。首先,针对增压发动机扭矩输出迟滞现象进行扭矩修正,根据汽车加速度提升要求初步确定各档位传动比;然后,用实测试验标定过的整车仿真模型,进一步对带增压发动机的速比系统进行优化,并针对增压发动机的不同速比匹配方案进行了性能对比;最后,实车道路测试表明所匹配的增压发动机同时提升了整车的动力性和燃油经济性。为后续增压发动机的速比匹配提供了有效可行的分析方法。 Based on the different characteristics of turbocharged engine with naturally aspirated engine, the matching and optimization method of the vehicle transmission system with turbocharged engine are analyzed. Firstly, the hysteresis phenomenonfor the torque output of turbocharged engine was corrected in the simulation model and the transmission ratio was determinedaccording to the requirements of vehicle acceleration. Secondly, the calibrated simulation model can further optimize the geartransmission ratio. Finally, vehicle road test showed that the matching turbocharged engine can promote the power performanceas well as the fuel economy. Additionally, an effective method was built for the matching and determination of the vehicletransmission system with turbocharged engine.
