摘要 机架是马铃薯收获机的基础部件,在马铃薯收获的过程中机架上的牵引梁为机架的关键部件,它们对收获机的安全性和稳定性产生了很大的影响;为此,采用Solid Works对机架进行三维实体建模,并利用Ansys Workbench对牵引梁进行静力学分析和模态分析,得到牵引梁在工作时的应力、应变和模态频率。通过模态分析得到危险固有频率段为,因此在正常的工作时应避开此频段,从而确保马铃薯收获机在收获过程中的安全性和稳定性。 The rack is a basic component of the potato harvester, in the process of potato harvesting, the traction beam on therack is one of the key components of the frame, and it would affect the safety and stability of the harvest machine. For this reason, 3D solid modeling for the rack is carried out by using the SolidWorks, and statics analysis and the modal analysis on thetraction beam are conducted with the ANSYS Workbench, thus the stress, strain and modal frequency of the traction beam inthe working process are obtained. Through the modal analysis, it is obtained that the danger inherent frequency is . Therefore,the frequency band should be avoided during the normal work so as to ensure the safety and stability of the potato harvester inthe harvesting process.
