摘要 为得到十环过山车运行过程中各部件所受的力、速度和加速度等数据,基于ADAMS对十环过山车建立动态模型,十环过山车由七节车厢体组成,十环过山车的轨道运行里程长、运行速度快,运行过程中轨道对车体的冲击力大,新型车体相对与老式的中三环过山车,其在运行过程中的稳定性和安全性更高,由于其车体的基本结构与三环、四环过山车的差异,所以通过在约束方式上的改变,保证了其自由度为1且与过山车的实际运行过程中的工作原理相同。研究结果表明,通过该动力学模型的仿真所得出的数据准确、可靠。 In order to read the data of force, velocity and acceleration, ect of the components of ten-ring roller coaster, dynamic model of the ten-ring roller coaster is established based on the ADAMS in this paper. The ten-ring roller coaster thatwe discussed is made up of seven carriages, and the track length of the ten-ring roller coaster orbit is long, while the runningspeed is fast and the impact on the carriage is huge. Compared with the old three-ring roller coaster, the running process ofthe ten-ring roller coaster is more stable and secure. Because the basic structure of the ten-ring roller coaster is different fromthe structure of three or four ring roller coaster, the constraint way must be changed to guarantee that the degree of freedom equal to one and the working principle of the model is same as the actual working principle. The research results show that thesimulation data of the dynamical model is accurate and reliable.
