CVT油泵定位销孔加工工艺研究

摘要 油泵是自动变速箱的重要组成部件,它为自动变速箱内部传动油提供动力,广泛应用于各类自动档汽车。其中,无极自动变速箱(CVT)油泵由于压力大,结构复杂,制造难度很高。从油泵定位销孔加工工艺出发,详细阐述了如何通过工艺定位方案优化,减少工艺系统误差,选取合理的加工刀具,优化检测模型解决CVT油泵定位销孔位置度不合格问题,实现产品精确定位装配,保证其性能与寿命。该工艺方案具有一定的普遍参考性,对于装配用的定位销孔加工方案,提供了设计依据。 The oil pump is an important component of the automatic transmission, which provides power for the internal automatic gearbox transmission oil, and it is widely used in various automatic transmission cars. Among them, oil pump of thecontinuously variable transmission (CVT) is very difficult to be manufactured because of its high pressure and complex structure. In this article, from the processing technology of oil pump dowel hole, method that how to reduce errors and select appropriate cutting tools through optimizing the process positioning project is described in detail, thus the problem that the detected CVT oil pump dowel hole location is unqualified would be solved after optimizing the detection model so as to realize precise positioning assembly of products, and to ensure its performance and lifetime. The process scheme has certain universalreference, and it provides the design basis for the positioning pin hole machining solutions for assembly.
