摘要
研究了电磁千斤顶的自锁原理、电流稳定问题、电磁力规律,提出了"液压与单向阀"相结合产生自锁、杠杆实时控制结构的设想,并通过数学方法论证了电磁千斤顶能顶举的原理,最后用三维模型展示了所设计的电磁千斤顶结构。
In this paper, the self-latching theory, the current stabilization problem and the electromagnetic force law of the electromagnetic jack are systematically researched, and the opinion of combining the " hydraulic pressure and one-way valve"to create self-latching and the lever real-time control structure is proposed. Then, the theory of jacking ability of the electro-magnetic jack is demonstrated through mathematical method. Finally, structure of the electromagnetic jack is exhibited withthe 3D model.
