摘要
介绍了某型电子设备处理机的热设计方案,并应用仿真软件Flotherm进行了仿真分析,最后进行了试验验证,结果表明处理机的热设计方案切实可行,计算机仿真对设备的热设计具有指导意义。
In this paper, thermal design for the processor in a certain type of electronic equipment is introduced, and the simulation analysis is also carried out by using the simulation software Flotherm. At last, the thermal design is verified by temperature experiment. The results prove that the thermal design proposal for processor is workable, and the computer simulationhas some reference value to the thermal design.
