通过设计新型工字钢校平用压型模,首次采用增加滑轮装置和滚轮机构的结构形式,使工字钢的校平工作脱离机械吊装移动,使工人可以轻松推动型材进行校平,有效解决了工字钢校平时费时费力的问题,提高了工字钢的校平效率。

bIn this paper, by designing new i-steel leveling press moulding die, the structural style that adding the pulley device and the roller mechanism is adopted for the first time, thus the leveling work of the i-steel could be divorced from mechanical lifting movement, and workers can easily push the profiles for leveling, the problem that the i-steel leveling is time-consuming is effectively resolved, so as to enhance the leveling efficiency of the beams.
