Improvement of Processing Method for the CNC Roll Grinder

数控轧辊磨床是板材轧制生产的重要配套设备,保证轧辊磨床精度是轧辊数控磨削加工的关键,而影响轧辊磨削精度和表面质量的因素很多。分析了影响轧辊数控磨床的影响因素,通过研究设计改进了磨削工艺和磨削用量,通过合理选择砂轮并进行修整,从而有效保证磨削精度和表面质量。

The CNC roll grinder is important supporting equipment in the manufacturing of sheet rolling, to ensure the accuracy of roll grinding machine is the key to the CNC roll grinder, yet there are lots of influencing factors on the grinding accuracyand surface quality of the milling roll. In this paper, the influencing factors that would affect the CNC roll grinder are analyzed; the grinding process and parameters are improved by research and design. By reasonablely selecting the wheel anddressing, the grinding accuracy and surface quality of the milling roll can also be guaranteed.
