摘要
以机车柴油机曲轴连杆颈随动磨削为例,结合传统磨床生产过程中的经验,对随动磨削方案优化设计,保证了磨削质量和效率,取得了较为满意的效果。介绍了曲轴随动磨削的优势,进一步阐明了随动磨削技术的先进性。
mIn this paper, setting the follow-up grinding of the locomotive diesel engine crankshaft pins as an example, andcombining with experience in the production process of traditional grinding machine, optimal design of the follow-up grindingis conducted ao as to ensure the grinding quality and efficiency, and it achieves satisfactory results. In addition, the advantages of follow-up grinding on the crankshaft are introduced, and the advancement of the follow-up grinding technology is furtherly expounded.
