中国特色生态文明建设内涵、体系及效果评价

Connotation System and Effect Evaluation of Ecological Civilization Construction with Chinese Characteristics

论文较为系统地分析了中国特色生态文明建设的内涵、主体、建设内容和建设路径,并构建了相应的指标体系,以科学评价中国生态文明建设效果。实证结果显示中国特色生态文明建设总体状况趋好,但在发展模式、发展目标和和谐发展等方面表现不一。中国在今后的生态文明建设中应强调增进人民福祉,以发挥生态文明建设目标的导向作用。

To guide the practice of ecological civilization construction,the paper systematically analyzes the connotation,the object,the building contents and building paths of ecological civilization construction with Chinese characteristics,and builds the corresponding index system for the scientific evaluation of the effect of ecological civilization. Empirical results show that the overall situation of the construction of ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics is getting better,but in the development model,the development goals and harmonious development were mixed. In the construction of ecological civilization of the future should emphasize improving people＇s well-being,in order to play the role of goal-oriented of ecological civilization construction.
