The dynamic mechanical properties and constitutive model of 1020 steel

摘要 为研究20钢大应变高速冷滚打成形的流动规律,进行20钢常温准静态压缩实验和应变率为2 000 - 4 000 s^-1、温度为100 - 400℃时的动态压缩实验,分析动态力学性能和应变率及温度对流动应力的影响,建立2 0 钢JC 模型.并依据实验数据进行JC 模型的修正.运用标准的统计参数方法,进行修正JC 模型、标准JC 模型及实验结果的对比分析.结果表明,修正的JC 模型更能准确地描述2 0 钢流动应力与应变,应变率和温度的关系. In order to study the flow law of components of 1020 steel formed by cold-beating,the room temperature quasi-static compressive tests and dynamic compressive tests with strain rate of 2 000 ~ 4 000 s-1and1020 steel temperature of 100 ~ 400 ℃ were conducted,the effects of dynamic mechanical properties,strain rate and temperature on the flow stress were investigated,and the constitutive model of 1020 steel was established. Modified JC model was established based on experimental results. Using standard statistical parameter method,comparison and analysis were made on the modified JC model,standard JC model and experimental results. The results revealed that the modified JC model possesses better capability in describing the relations between flow stress and strain,strain rate and temperature of 1020 steel.
